Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Zeen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 10 days of receiving your order. 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags still attached. The product should not have been used in any way, and the packaging must be unblemished and intact.

If you receive a defective or wrong product, we are happy to exchange it for you. Simply contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the defective/wrong product at cs@zeenwoman or calling us at our UAN 021-111-119-336 within 10 days of delivery. Our dedicated team will review the product, and if eligible, we will provide you with an online voucher of the same value as the purchased product.

Refunds

We have a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock. For more information, please refer to our claim policy.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged 

  • Items offered in Sale and Discount will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
  • Products purchased at their regular price during a sale will be refunded based on the price effective at the time of the return.
  • Not all products can be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, items such as Undergarments, Camisole, Thermals, and Masks cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, items such as perfumes, Scarves, and jewelries cannot be returned. 

We encourage our customers to thoroughly review the product description and related information before making a purchase to ensure their satisfaction. 

Please note that slight variations in color or texture of the final item may occur due to differences in color of the monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots. We want to ensure transparency and inform you that products cannot be exchanged solely based on these variations.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at cs@zeenwoman.com or calling us at our UAN 021-111-119-336 with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. We will then provide you with a return label and instructions on how to proceed.
