Q1: How are shipping charges calculated?

A: Shipping charges are displayed separately during the order process, and the final payment includes these charges.
 

Q2: What are the shipping charges for domestic orders?

A: For domestic orders, there is a flat shipping charge of PKR 220 per order.

 

Q3: What is the standard delivery timeline for domestic orders?

A: Standard delivery timelines are 3-5 working days for Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, and 5-7 working days for other cities. During sale periods, there might be delivery delays.
 

Q4: How does international shipping work?

A: International shipping charges are flat Rs.14,500 per order. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. International orders are aimed to be delivered within 7-10 working days, excluding processing time.
 

Q5: Can I return or exchange internationally shipped orders?

A: We do not offer returns or exchanges for internationally shipped orders. However, if you receive an incorrect size or a defective item, contact us at cs@zeenwoman.com or call our UAN 021-111-119-336 for assistance.

 

Q6: What about duties and taxes for international orders?

A: Zeen ships international orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customers are informed about possible duties and custom charges at checkout. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
 

Q7: What happens if I refuse a shipment for international orders?

A: In case of a refused shipment, Zeen will deduct shipping charges, sales tax, and duty tax from the total refund amount.
