Return & Exchange Policy

The below mentioned policy is for the same services and applicable to all the placed orders within the country, on our online stores.
Items that can be Returned
We are giving the facility of return service in case of receiving the defective product or not in accordance with our customer’s specifications. If the customer is not satisfied with what he or she ordered and what is received than the customer has a right to return it easily within 15 days after receiving the order:
- The product that is being returned by the customer must be complete, tagged and intact.
- There should not be utilisation of received product which is being returned.
- Item packaging should be unblemished and intact.
Items that cannot be returned
- All accessories are final sale, returns & exchanges are NOT possible on any accessory.
- If the product is not complete or if even a single item is missing.
- If the product is customised according to size, style, and fabric.
- If the product get stained, emitting perfume scent or body odors, and got damaged even a bit.
- Due to hygienic reasons, Undergarments & Face Masks are not returnable and/or exchangeable.
- The discounted sale merchandise cannot be returned.
Procedure for Return & Exchange
For exchanging or returning any of your purchased item please email at email@example.com, our customer care representative will get back to you within next 24-48hours on working days (Monday to Friday). You can return the item to our provided address written below under the title ‘Return Address’, please note the courier cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer. In case the item is damaged or the size you ordered is not the size you received, Zeen will cover the return shipment charges by picking the goods up from your given address through courier and in case if you have to pay the return fee than you will get the refund or the amount will be adjusted in the next order. Please note that we do not accept the returns for those products that are not purchased through www.zeenwoman.com
Procedure of Return Through ZEEN Stores
We are providing the facility of return on our ZEEN stores also no matter if the product is purchased through zeenwoman.com
With original receipt
You can return the defective item (if any), unwashed, and unworn within ten days of purchase; the original purchase receipt will be required for returning the item with full paid price.
Without original receipt
You can also return the defective item (if any), unwashed, and unworn without the original receipt but the product will then be refunded as per the current selling price of that time; and the customer will be offered exchange service with same or high value.
The right to refuse the excessive non-receipted returns is reserved by Cambridge Garment Industries (Pvt.) Ltd.
The product sold on discounted price will not be returnable.
We will not entertain the returns for undergarments product because of hygienic reasons.
Products that got stained and throwing smell of body lotion, perfume, or deodorant etc cannot be returned.
The garments sold after alteration are considered as final sale and cannot be returned.
You will be facilitated with return service during the course of 15 days after the delivery of product. The original receipt of product will be required for your ease and our convenience.
Presently, facility for refund is not available but if the item(s) sent to you is/are not in conformity with your order, for e.g. you receive a wrong size, color or a defected product, then a refund can be processed. The return-shipping cost for such items would be borne by Zeen, items would be picked up from your provided location through a local courier. Please email us the details in this case at firstname.lastname@example.org so that our customer support staff may instruct the courier to have the wrong items picked-up from location. This facility is only valid for orders within Pakistan.

We do not entertain the refunds on gifts product if the delivery process is completed and the product is delivered. But if a person wish to return the product under this scenario, then he or she is advised to contact the person who made purchase of ZEEN product and then the original purchaser is needed to follow the returning procedure within ten (10) days time period
